We all know that parenting is the hardest job in the world and we can all benefit from extra tips and strategies to help us ride through the challenges that we may face as parents. 

All our Parents at Uxendon Manor have the opportunity to sign up to attend 6, two hour FREE sessions called 'Parentgym' led by experienced coaches. They are usually at a cost of £1000 per parent including magazines but are free to Uxendon Manor at the moment.

The programme has been devised by leading psychologists to address six priorities: communication, love, managing behaviour, health, learning and handling conflict. The parentgym programme has been externally validated and evaluated by several universities Christchurch university, Warwick University and University of Hertfordshire, making it a reliable and robust programme.
