About Us

Uxendon Manor Primary School PSA (Parent Staff Association) is a committee of parents and carers dedicated to fundraising for the school community.  On joining the school, you automatically become a member of our organisation.

We are run by volunteers and we rely on the ideas, skills, help and time of people like you to make things happen.

We are a sociable, diverse and open committee who are always keen to add to our group and invite new ideas, events and fundraising opportunities. We are proud of our extraordinary relationship with our school and the wider community.

Our main purpose is to raise funds to support the school, as well as promoting opportunities for parents, carers and staff to come together. We are hope to continue providing a variety of fun and exciting events throughout the year and we need your help and support!

Uxendon Manor School Summer Fair – Saturday 15 July 2023

Past Events

Car Boot Sale - June 2023 – Saturday 24 June 2023

The PSA is looking hosted its first ever car boot sale where visitors had fantastic opportunity to grab a bargain, and with a wide range of items on sale. It was a fun-filled day and visitors picked up a wide variety of bargains! The event not only raised XXX for the school but will also provided an opportunity for the local community to come together and support each other.

Thank you to the vendors who set up a pitch, everyone who came and supported the event and to our parent/carer volunteers for making it happen!

After-school Ice Cream Sale – Thursday 13 June 2023
Our PSA raised £145 from the after-school ice cream sale recently! This money was reinvested back to the school. Thank you to everyone that supported us!

The Great Uxendon Bake Off Competition – Thursday 30 March 2023

The PSA held it's first ever Easter Bake Off competition, where children were asked to bake anything of their choice with an Easter-based theme. We were delighted to see the immense effort children (and parent/carers!) had put into their baking. Head judges of the competition felt the pressure; with so many beautiful show stopping cakes to judge, it truly was a difficult decision to make! We had some outstanding entries and are proud of all the children who took part in the competition!

Our special thanks to all who baked and to children, parent/carers and staff who came to buy delicious slices of the competition entries at the end of the day, raising £428 for our PSA!

Easter Bonnet Competition – Thursday 30 March 2023

Our children had an egg-citing time making hats for our first ever PSA Easter Bonnet competition!

The response to the challenge was eggs-traordinary with so many imaginative hats on display, featuring all the usual Easter trimmings from fluffy chicks to cute bunnies and dozens of egg-themed creations.

Winners were announced on the school tanoy, and those children came to the school hall and were awarded their prize from the Senior Leadership Team. We are proud to announce that the PSA raised £422 which has been invested back to the school to buy books for our children!

Parents with Businesses

Uxendon Business Community is a new initiative to; Bring parents with businesses closer together; Promote local businesses within Uxendon School community; Showcase what the school parent businesses has to offer to other parents; Bring value to the children's learning; Help promote school events via sponsorship and donations during Christmas, Easter and Summer events. REGISTER YOUR BUSINESS
